Neda Zaengle
Neda Zaengle is the Chief Executive Officer of the Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF). In her role, she is responsible for guiding the strategic visioning and direction of the foundation, program and social enterprise development, day to day operations and implementation of various fundraising campaigns and initiatives. Neda joined IPSF in July 2009 after serving since 2000 as Senior Operations Officer at Boys Town USA. At Boys Town, Neda managed an $8.9 million operating budget and led multiple comprehensive treatment and educational programs for at-risk children and families throughout Southern California. Her nationally renowned innovative programs continue to provide life-changing youth and health care services, parent training and long-term care to children and families most in need. Prior to joining Boys Town, from 1996-2000, Neda served as a senior manager in a comprehensive residential treatment facility for high level acute clients at Olive Crest Homes and Services for Abuse Children. Neda has served in various leadership positions as an educator and consultant in her role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and continues to provide consultation and training to social service agencies, families with special needs and school districts in the community.
Neda is a native of Irvine and a graduate of University High School. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Biola University, competed professionally in volleyball after graduation and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University graduating summa cum laude. Neda was named as one of OC Metro’s “20 Women to Watch in 2010.” Neda and her family reside in Irvine, where both her children attend IUSD schools.
