2008 Spring Luncheon - March 20
The annual Spring Luncheon will be held at the Center Club in Costa Mesa from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.
The luncheon will feature guest speakers Franz & Kurt Wisner. Franz is the author of the book Honeymoon with My Brother, Kurt is his now famous brother.
Dr. Gwen Gross, IUSD Superintendent will also speak and provide a "State of the District" overview.

2006 Fall Event - "Rx for Success"

The Irvine Public Schools Foundation honored its major individual donors on October 28, 2006 at the third annual Legacy Partners recognition event, "Rx for Success." Guest speakers for the evening were Dr. Daniel Cooper, IUSD Superintendent Dr. Gwen Gross, and IUSD alumni Anna Chiu.

On November 4th, 2005, the IPSF Legacy Partners hosted another wonderful event, this time at Shady Canyon Golf Club. Guest speakers for the evening were Tony Wu, Davidson Fellows Scholarship Recipient and student at University High School, and Vint Cerf, "Father of the Internet", VP and Chief Internet Evangelist at Google.

2005 Spring Luncheon
Legacy Partners Spring Luncheon was held at the Center Club on April 28, 2005. The event was generously sponsored by Wells Fargo.

Inaugural Event - “Hearts of Gold”
On November 13, 2004, the Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF) launched the inaugural event for its Legacy Partners initiative to encourage major donors to support our schools annually through IPSF.
The event, “Hearts of Gold” was held at Oakley corporate headquarters in Foothill Ranch. Olympic Gold Medalist Natasha Watley, a graduate of Irvine public schools, and UCI Truman Scholar Jacqueline Chattopadhyay, another IUSD graduate, spoke at the event about the value of their educational experience in Irvine. Wells Fargo generously provided underwriting for the event.
According to Anne Leisure, co-chair of the Legacy Partners, “We want to leave a legacy for Irvine’s public schools, and we hope to have many significant partners help to create this type of giving to benefit our children. The kickoff event at Oakley was really fun, but it’s just the beginning!”
